Access to detailed information about opportunities is only provided to qualified buyers after passing a confidential screening and signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided on our website or through our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Regulatory Matters

Registration with regulatory authorities — FinCEN (United States, under the Bank Secrecy Act) and FINTRAC (Canada, under the PCMLTFA) — is the mandatory federal requirement that authorizes the listed MSB activities in each jurisdiction: formally a registration rather than a license, not an endorsement of any specific business or business plan. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence and complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including any additional state, provincial, or other regulatory requirements that may apply.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
